Although personally I am an advocate for getting out of the comfort zone, I am not a believer of lasting changes happening under pressure or that quick fixes work (they don’t).

Studies have shown that approximately 80% of New Year’s resolutions fail and many people over the years just end up feeling worse (it’s happened to me too).

To start 2022 afresh, I would like to suggest a different approach. The key to lasting changes I believe is meditation. But it doesn’t need to be hard, in fact in my opinion it is the easiest of all New Year’s resolutions to master.

 
 

OK so let me break it down for you:
