What is it?

This is a 5-week programme aimed at those who are new to meditation or have so far struggled with their own practice. You can start at your own pace, whenever you’re ready.

Pricing

£75 per person (£65 if you’re booking for two)

Includes weekly workbooks with journaling prompts which will be sent via email after each session.

In case you are unable to pay the fee in full, I am offering payment plans (£40 holding deposit). I also offer a 20% discount to students, 65+, frontline workers, unemployed and otherwise financially struggling.
